mid-20s crisis

i don’t know if this is specifically a gen X thing (or gen Y, or whateverthefuck us 20-somethings are considered), or if this is a phenomenon that predates our generation…

i’ve noticed that there’s a period of time that almost everyone i know who’s my age has experienced.  After college (or whatever they did instead of college), you’re out in the real world for the first time, or possibly have been for a while, you’ve had a couple crappy jobs and want something that’s more stable, more real, and you want to be able to enjoy it.  However, you have no f’ing clue what that is.  Or possibly you do, but you don’t know how to get there.  So you have this oh shit, what do i do now? experience which I call “mid-20s crisis.”

this is the footer. it's nothing special. i kind of hate really big footers, so you won't find one here. but if you want -- and you somehow missed the link in the header -- you can subscribe to jazzsequence by rss, which i recommend. if i've got my hack configured correctly, you won't even receive my useless lifestream updates, isn't that peachy?. if you want to see my full lifestream in another format, you can check out my profile over at profilactic. oh, and by the way, while i'm using a blueprint framework, and therefore this is probably compatible with frickin' ie, i'd really recommend pretty much any other browser at all. i would recommend you at least upgrade ie if you insist on using it, because people who still use internet explorer 6 make me alternately cry and very angry, but probably you already knew that, because if you were using ie6, you wouldn't be able to see this site without upgrading.
