the state department, after a “reply-all” storm caused their servers to crash.  apparently, not only were people pissed at being included on the reply-all lists, and sent angry replies, but the problem was further compunded by more traffic caused by email recalls.  

i’m left speechless.  read the post and scathing replies on /.

this is the footer. it's nothing special. i kind of hate really big footers, so you won't find one here. but if you want -- and you somehow missed the link in the header -- you can subscribe to jazzsequence by rss, which i recommend. if i've got my hack configured correctly, you won't even receive my useless lifestream updates, isn't that peachy?. if you want to see my full lifestream in another format, you can check out my profile over at profilactic. oh, and by the way, while i'm using a blueprint framework, and therefore this is probably compatible with frickin' ie, i'd really recommend pretty much any other browser at all. i would recommend you at least upgrade ie if you insist on using it, because people who still use internet explorer 6 make me alternately cry and very angry, but probably you already knew that, because if you were using ie6, you wouldn't be able to see this site without upgrading.
